Who am I?
I combine practical operational experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM and process digitalization. I focus on measurable results: productivity, quality, cost, throughput and production stability.
Experience without publishing company names
I have worked in medical device, rail, automotive, FMCG, plastics, household chemicals and technical materials manufacturing. Because I don't have consent to use former employers' names, I describe my experience and case studies anonymously.
My scope of responsibility included managing production and operations, team development, quality, maintenance, logistics, process engineering, ERP/MES and Continuous Improvement projects.
My approach
I don't start with a tool. I start with the business problem and the place where value is created.
I first work with the operator and the leader on the gemba. I gather data, observe how the day unfolds, identify barriers and sort them by Pareto. The team then goes through a PDCA cycle, builds a standard, and only then automates measurement and reporting.
